Policy analysis is aimed at analyzing the effects of government and internal policies on business operations.

The process of policy analysis in three steps: 1. Discovering a problem; 2. Identifying the cause of the problem and what it does to your organization; 3. Determining the effect that the law has on your strategy, structure, people, employees, customers and other external stakeholders.
